Hedkayse X Sustrans Cycle to Work Day Giveaway - Terms and conditions

1. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
2. Entries will be accepted until 23.59 on 18 August 2022. All entries must be received by this date. Entries received after this date will not be included.
3. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Sustrans and anyone professionally connected with the competition. No purchase necessary.
5. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. There will be one first prize winner, one second prize winner, one third prize winner. There will be six runners up prizes.
6. The prizes will be as follows: 1st prize: One Hedkayse helmet chosen from the helmet designs available on the Sustrans Shop at https://shop.sustrans.org.uk. RRP £150. 2nd prize: Green Oil Eco Rider Deluxe set. RRP £64.00 The set contains one Green Oil Wet, one Chain Lube, two Bike Armour, one Ecogrease, one Green Clean Bike Cleaner, one Clean Chain Degreaser, one EcoRag, one tub for water or storage of our products, one FSC Certified Drive Chain Brush and a packet of seeds to grow your own food. 3rd prize: Sustrans shop Get Cycling Bundle. RRP £23.48. The bundle contains one bike bell, two Sustrans slap bands, one water bottle, one puncture repair kit, one Sustrans saddle cover and one bag cover. There will be six runner up prizes. Five runners up will receive a Sustrans regional cycle map of their choice. RRP: £7.99. One runner up will receive a Green Oil Degreaser. RRP: £6.99.
7. All prizes will be posted free of charge to a UK address provided by the winner within 30 days of the winner claiming their prize.
8. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. The winners will be notified by the Promoter no later than 31st August 2022. The prize winners must claim ownership of their prize within 30 days of contact from the organisers. In the event that this period is exceeded the organisers reserve the right not to award the prize.
9. The Promoter will contact the winners and, where relevant, ask them to select their chosen Hedkayse helmet or Sustrans regional cycle maps.
10. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable to other merchandise, however the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or offer an alternative prize of equal value.

12. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for loss or corruption of data in transit.
