Why have the Utility Companies been allowed to get away without billing people in a reasonable time period! When I bought my first house, the meter reader was round every quarter and accurate bill issued in days!

These days they use old cups and tea leaves to issue their best guesstimate when the feel like it!
I work from home so my cat can be fed on demand!
