What are the best current predictions for the unit rates over the next year or so?

Cornwall Insight have generally got it nearest, but a year ahead? Mystic Meg is your best bet for that timescale.

It's the unit rates I'm after. Someone on here usually produces a breakdown based on the Cornwall Insights predictions that shows unit rates for gas and electricity for each forthcoming quarter.

I had a look on their site and they don't show unit rates, just the totals. They must have them somewhere to actual give the output for overall bills
