Exactly, the RAC screwed up, if your told by an employee of the company that something is foc, why would you then dispute that?, a goodwill gesture in this case , or even to meet halfway, would have solved the issue, instead, a loyal customer goes to their competitors…Ibrahim5 said:The problem was caused by the RAC employee not knowing the terms of the warranty.
