Ovo energy quarterly bills.

Having been moved from SSE to Ovo Energy I was assured 'there will be no changes and you will have to nothing.

Fiasco of final bill with SSE finally sorted to find that Ovo do not allow quarterly billing. Very difficult to get through to unhelpful staff who readily admit their website has incorrect ingirmation. How can they openly lie about major changes and get away with it.

I am totally fed up with them already. Can I insist I continue with quarterly billing?

    No, if they don't have the software in place you can not.

    You can complaint that they give wrong information, but not to offer three monthly billing is a business decision. It's nowhere in Ofgem regulations that they have to do this.
