Being charged for boiler on timer?

Hi all hope someone can help....if a boiler is on timer but without any times to turn on will i be charged? Hopefully you're able to understand my question 😂😂

Lots of people forget that their hot water is also provided via the gas boiler. But this time of year it won't t be a huge charge.
