Entitlement for pension credit?

My husbands pension is less than £200 a week. Mine is more. Little savings and finding things difficult. Does this mean that he cannot claim pension credit as I receive more than £200.

It's a question probably more suited to this board:
Benefits & tax credits — MoneySavingExpert Forum
But this is what gov.uk says:Pension Credit: Eligibility - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)Your income
When you apply for Pension Credit your income is calculated. If you have a partner, your income is calculated together.
Pension Credit tops up:
- your weekly income to £182.60 if you’re single
- your joint weekly income to £278.70 if you have a partner
If your income is higher, you might still be eligible for Pension Credit if you have a disability, you care for someone, you have savings or you have housing costs.
You may wish to put your details into these benefit checkers:

Even if there is no Pension Credit entitlement the calculators will tell you whether or not you might qualify for some Council Tax Reduction to hep with your Council Tax bill (and Housing Benefit if you rent).Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
