Sorry for being a bit vague but I am sure Martin sent out a communiqué which detailed the way to deal with energy companies and it ultimately needed with the ombudsman…it talked a lot about the energy company being expected to reply to the customer within 28 days and went on to detail the cost to the energy company (£500 I think)everytime a complaint or query went into said ombudsman…for the life of me I cannot find it though I’ve looked everywhere I can think including here and google…it was quite detailed and articulate as usual and I thought I’d saved it but apparently not.Has anyone got a copy of it they could forward to me ?Im beginning to think I was imagining it! Many thanks in anticipation.
