  • Ah, I missed that. I am just praying the judge is nice :( !!! It is an in person court hearing.

    Thank you very much.

I have added in the transcripts I can find. I am just struggling to find the following:
    - Lamoureux
    Bloomfold

Do you have a link to them?

Both easy to Google. The Lamoureux transcript is hosted by the Parking Prankster.

Both PP transcript lists have been removed. A couple of days ago it had a 405 error message, which suggests that there might have been a legal challenge to the sites.  Wonder where that might have come from?

Google was asking on the page for  PP to make contact with them. Doubt he would have seen it. @Coupon-mad, are you still in touch with him, I was wondering whether he could provide some links that we might store here on the forum (if that's possible).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ah then the OP can search this forum for Lamoureux - there will be a Dropbox link somewhere...years ago!

I will see if anyone in the BMPA is in touch with the Prankster.  Last I heard he was seemingly (not literally!) in bed with the (now deceased) bad apple in PPA and blanking me, but that's years ago and water under the bridge. He used to post here as hoohoo.

Kettel v Bloomfold is easy to Google & find.

    Nice.

A contact at the BMPA pointed out that the links to the 'main' cases we use all the time are still live if you Google them:

    e.g. Jopson (appeal)

  • Thanks so much everyone. I submitted everything.

My hearing is tomorrow at 10:30. I'm definitely not sleeping tonight.

    Any last minute tips/advice?

    Wish me luck!

Yes.  Of course!  Do yourself a CRIB SHEET.

You will need to refer to:

Your entire submissions (defence, WS, exhibits) and - obviously - theirs.  Ideally paper copies.

If these are electronic just take your charged laptop.  Don't sit there with stuff on a phone..
