I do not quite understand this notice of dispersal.
Upon the Claimant having already obtained Judgment for an amount to be decided by the Court' IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. Claimant give the Defendant standard disclosure of documents in respect of the claim for loss and damage by the supply of copies supported by list by 4.00 p.m. on 17 August 2022. 2. Leave to the Claimant to rely on the written report(s) referred to in the Particulars of Claim 3. Leave to the parties to raise questions on the report(s) by 4.00pm 17 August 2022 which shall be answered within 14 of receipt. 4. Claimant shall file and serve witness statements as to quantum by 4.00pm ln 31 August 202. 5-The matter be listed for a disposal hearing with the claimant oR claimant's legal representative to attend allowing 30 minutes on 11 November 2o22 at st Helens county court, The courthouse, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1SZ. The provisions of CPR PD26 rule 12.4 shall apply to that hearing"' IMPORTANT NOTICE This disposal hearing will be listed with similar cases before two District Judges. cases are listed in this way to ensure efficient use of court time.
