Hello
following the advice on this board I am now at the following
I received a NTK in the post before any other contact or ticket
i replied to challenge it using standard formats
missed the popla mediation timing due to a bereavement.
Im afraid to say I confirmed my details with the parking company (should have checked here first)
I then came here and followed all the instructions
complained to the service station, they said they were happy with the company and took it no further.
im on my third debt recovery letter from debt recovery plus
i requested all the information held (SAR) I received that yesterday. 3 photos of my van and 1 photo of the parking sign. I accidentally parked in a coach bay due to poor/confusing signage on the drive in. Received the documents All within allocated time
my question is: what do you think I should do now?
