Premium Bond prize fund overdue an increase

Raised to 1.4% in May when the base rate was 1.0%.  Base rates now 1.75%.  Sort it out NSANDI.

    The premium bond prize rate isn't directly linked to the BoE base rate, but it is true that the base rate increase on 4 May was followed nearly three weeks later by the announcement of a PB rate boost, so if the same pattern was to apply they'd announce a prize rate increase on 24 August, but they're not under any obligation to do so of course and it's certainly not 'overdue' as such....
