Revolut - Payment charged twice, still no refund.

I returned from a trip in Florida 2 weeks ago. Whilst there I used my Revolut whilst I was staying in a Universal Hotel. The hotel asked for a card to use as a hold whilst I was in the resort so I could charge any purchases to my room.
The hotel then proceeded to place 2 holds on my card both for $400. One charge dropped off and a new one of $213 was then added which was my final bill on checking out. But I am still out of pocket by $400 and cant seem to get the issue sorted. I contacted the hotel directly who state that they have refunded me and also provided me with authorisation codes and stated that the money would be refunded within 10 days - this was on the 19th July. I passed the code and copies of the correspondence to Revolut who asked me to submit a chargeback form which I did on the 25th July and I have had no response from Revolut apart from "the team are still working on it"
I wondered if anyone has had any similar issue with Revolut and how long it took to fix the issue and the money to come back into your account.

There's not much you can do other than wait for this to sort itself out.
For the future, use a credit card for hotel bookings.0 -
One dropped off and a new debt created-fine.
Did the hotel confirm the second one was also refunded the second? 19th July wasn't the first one?
