SIP Letter Before Claim

Afternoon. I've just got back from being on holiday and found a 'Letter Before Claim' in the post issued by SIP Parking Limited. This is in relation to allegedly exceeding a grace period which dates back to January 2021. I appealed the initial PCN to no avail and then went down the route of speaking with a local MP as I could not find out who the landowner was for the car park. This was of no use either, the MP couldn't seem to get their head around what I was asking for. Anyway, (whether rightly or wrongly) I ignored the PCN and for almost 18 months I heard nothing, now this LBC. Obviously some time has now passed and I cannot access previous correspondence via the SIP website. The land in relation to the PCN (formerly Bloom St Car Park in Oldham) is now having a school built on it and all signage in relation to the parking terms has long gone.
I've read through the Newbies post and looked at the helpful advice provided but I just wanted to seek user advice and final clarification before I proceed. Based on the info provided, would a SAR be the appropriate next step?

Reply to the LBC that although you deny the debt you are seeking debt advice and require the case to be put on hold for 30 days as per the pre court requirements.
Send an SAR to the DPO of the claimant as per the advice in the NEWBIES. You will need to include non-photo proof of ID with the request.
Do a google streetview search for historic images that might help with the claim.
Follow the guide to court written by bargepole you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES.
Use the template defence you will find in the sticky Announcements, and follow precisely the twelve step programme you will find with it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
