Last week I was out in a club and my phone got stolen without my realising. They managed to get into my phone (I don't know how) and access some of my bank accounts. One of these accounts was my Revolut account. Whoever stole my phone set up 2 payees in the account and sent money via faster payments, of course without my permission. I reported this to Revolut along with the police report and action fraud report and any other proof. Revolut investigated and have refused to refund me the money even though it is a fraud transaction. They have said this is their final decision however it is a false outcome since my phone was stolen. What can I do? How can I prove to them that this was a fraud and has this happened to anyone else before?
