No date as yet. I submitted to CCBC a couple of weeks ago and haven't hear anything from them. I have submitted a WS and used the the version by @aphex07, including images etc.
DCB have though come at me with the without prejudice discussion since I submitted the improved defence.1 -

So - Win update.
I followed the process albeit slightly backwards and from my updated defence was issued with a CCBC court date. Which I was happy to attend and would have followed through with all advice from this thread.
I did however receive a notification that all proceedings will be dropped by the claimant.
Thanks all, and advice to newbies, stick with it, don't give in and don't accept any lower offer. They are vultures and go for easy prey.7 -
