Have any holiday static caravan owners been asked by their site owners to pay an annual lease fee in addition to the site fee?

I won't go into further details at this time on the circumstnces.

    Further details are not required.

My original question is quite simple - Have any holiday static caravan owners been asked by their site owners to pay an annual lease fee in addition to the site fee?

thought that's what the site fee was . I used to own a static until recently and they introduced a "decking fee" which I didn't agree with , it actually saved their gardeners from looking after our space between the pitches . How much extra are they asking and how much are the fees have they gone up recently and have you been able to use it during lockdown

The lease fee is 50% of the site fees. This means new site owner wants to charge caravan owners on site 50% more this coming year compared to previous year. Previous site owners only had  a site fee.
  • So what did you used to get for the fees you paid last year , are you getting anything extra . Do you have a contract dated from when you decided to buy . How long have your fees not risen (if anytime) You could try and seek the answer on a more static homeowners forum but come back and let me know how it goes . good luck . some absolute sharks running holiday homes
