1. send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first class post to the Promoter at the following address: 7days Performance, PO Box 100, Attleborough, NR17 2YU; 
2. include with your entry the following information: 
   1. your full name;
   2. your address;
   3. a contact telephone number and email address; and
   4. your chosen competition, and your answer to the Competition Question.
3. incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
4. you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately.
