    How many years have you already lived there? How well do you know how it currently performs?

    Can I also ask what Bendy_House asked too, please please give us updates on how this goes. I have a similar conservatory that tops out at 60C on some sunny days, and while it'd be great to have a new roof professionally done, if there is a way I could do this myself then this would be incredible and I could certainly afford to do this before next summer. So please updates us, as much detail as possible.
