Hi I started writing a post so i am repeating some info. I have 5 days left to answer/make a payment of £!00 to UKPC. There is no mention of early Discount if paid within 14 Days. I have not had any previous Notification about this. The Parking Charge Reference Number is not accepted on the www.paycharge.co.uk website which is strange. & it says not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space. On the wall outside the shop are the UKPC Terms & it clearly says if paid within 14 days it is £60. I thought this was a spam notice. Need some advice please?

Plan A is always to complain to the landowner and the Keeper's MP.

If the PCN number isn't recognised on the UKPC appeal portal, The Keeper should complain to the BPA.

Get photos of the site and signage in readiness for an appeal/complaint.

Where did the alleged event occur, as it may have cropped up here before?

I have 5 or 6 unpaid PCN,s from 2017-2018 .

After 4 years plus of multiple threats and the associated anxiety I made the obvious decision long ago.
(I still dont really  know how to play game but thats just me ...many posters on here do really well with the regular posters help)

I certainly have Never Ever Considered  Paying These Scammers as they are a menace to society .
Even  drug dealers provide a local service to those who choose that life... The PPC,s dont actually do or provide anything other than manipulate easy targets/motorists for cash  .

They might get me but then again..... they might not .

At no point can you take the whole rotten to the core PPC scam as a future reality .
It likely only exists here in the uk as no where else on earth would put up with such a large scale scam.

So I dont believe asking how to pay a PPC is the right question to ask .

You don't have only 5 days left because you have choices and the landowner or retailers (if a shopping centre) can cancel this for you.

No-one pays UKPC £60 here, let alone £100!

Please read the NEWBIES thread first. Your post made no mention of having read it yet.

The reason the discount isn't offered now is because the parking event was over a month ago, and UKPC are claiming that a windscreen PCN was affixed to the windscreen.  The discount was on that, whether you found that PCN or not.

You can see all their photos by logging in on their website.to appeal, and no doubt the person who issued the first PCN will have taken a photo of it.
