Okay so I’m at the witness statement part of the process with DCB legal, what are the chances of them discontinuing the whole thing? This is boring me so much now it’s actually just winding me up because it feels like a waste of time. I have no evidence, but my case isn’t straight forward and I do have an email from VCS stating there were confusions with the registration white list at the time so I want them to prove to me I wasn’t taken off the list in error as my defence.

Thanks @KeithP I was about to request the same, it helps people like me who have not been around so long to see the whole story - I can not help with this problem without knowing what happened.
