This has come up on Moneyfacts, 1 year fixed rate bond, any draw backs, problems etc ? at 3.20% seems excellent ?

It was mentioned on the fixed rate thread a day or two back.
There are two accounts both paying 3.20%, one at a minimum of £1,000 and the other at a minimum of £5,000.
The £1,000 on can only be opened by post or in branch.
