Activate New Build Warranty

We have a new build home (building completed May'21, we bought and moved in Oct'21).
Despite numerous emails, we are making no progress in sorting out the snagging issues we have, the party dealing with this ignore our emails and those from the developer's agent. Some items from original list haven't been deal with, others were done badly and need re-doing and we have issues that have emerged and been reported in last 6 months but nothing done.
What do we need to do to get the warranty provider to kick a few people up their posterior?
May you find your sister soon Helli.
Sleep well.

What warranty provider?  The first two years it’s the builders who have to sort out the snagging.

    Sorry for delay.
The problem is that the original builder went bust and a new firm took over the site to finish it
We have a project manager appointed by them who is ignoring all our emails and calls and emails of seller's agent.

Can you find the name of one of the directors, if this is a ltd company, you will get this information from Companies House, post a letter of complaint to director with copy to project manager.

Cheers, hadn't thought of that approach. Will dig out paperwork this week to find the name of limited company.

It turns out we didn't get half the information we should have from the developer when we bought our house.
We were meant to have an insurance policy detail and other paperwork from the Company managing the builders warranty. My wife just rang the warranty providers this am.
