They say it should be credited today, so they have a few more hours yet, be patient!

I’ve sent money to my account, when will it show in my savings?

If your payment reaches us by 6pm it will show in your account on the same day, if not it will be in your Paragon account the next day.

Have you received an email confirming that they have received your transaction? If not, maybe you could check that you've followed their procedure for adding cash.

No I have had nothing other than the original email giving me the sort code account number and reference number to put on the transaction. Double checked all the details and they all match. Will leave it until tomorrow no point in getting stressed about it but I am glad I didn't transfer the full amount

And I have just checked and not only is the money not there but it says the account is now closed

And obviously I can't use the live chat anymore and all their phone operatives are busy. Based on my experience I would say avoid Paragon at all costs

So here's the update. I am outside their credit risk! So they can't offer me an account which is strange as its a savings account. There is a delay on them allocating funds but my deposit will be returned to me "soon" I asked if soon i a day a week or month but the lady couldn't say
