Because, like the majority of this sector, they are chancers. Thing is, there's likely to be a 10:1 ratio in their favour of payers:fighters!

Received this reply within a couple of hours! Any advice on how to response to their obvious fishing attempt!?

the required information within 14 days, we will have to make a decision on your appeal based on the information we

I used the text from OP at the beginning of the thread, as others have used it and had success. I didn't expect a reply so fast!
