Do you not have access to the Pension providers website so you can check there exactly what payments have been received from your employer? Just to make sure its not an admin error on the letter they sent out to you. Personally I check mine every month just in case and its helped me out before when they messed something up.0

To be clear ALL my payslips since it’s not been paid show my sacrifice taken off my gross pay. So it’s been taken off me…and I’m not sure where it’s gone!
As indicated here?
Contributions missing for five months?

Yes that kind of salary sacrifice…taken at source each month towards a pension. Then the company contributes too. They took the money…and never sent it on AND also haven’t don’t their own contribution. 5 months of taking! Not just to me either

...but even if there is, and the employer goes bust, compensation can be claimed from the National Insurance Fund for arrears of pension contributions in the 12 months before insolvency.dunstonh said:
You need to speak to the employer ASAP and ideally speak to a work colleague to see if it is happening to them. If it's just you affected, then its likely a clerical issue that will get resolved. If its happening to other employees, then there is the risk of money problems with the employer.Finikaty123 said:I only received the letter today. I’m on school
