Being in credit

I bought a house at the start of the year and have been renovating it while not living there. I have been paying gas and electricity bills and i am currently roughly £550 in credit. Would it be in my best interest to take this money out or leave it in the account for the preparation of the energy price rise?

I would leave it in the account personally and then for a few months lower the DD until there is about £50 in the account then work out the yearly usage and increase the DD to about £5 less than what they want then when it is around £10 increase the DD to the amount of the original calculations.Someone please tell me what money is0

How much are you paying each month in DD & is the latest billing accurate (eg based on actual reads)?0
