Hi
Received an email from Marcus asking me to contact them about a 'recent payment on hold'. I do have an account with them and I have made some recent payments. This is ringing a million alarms for me. The contact number is the same as the contact number on their website. I can't see anything on my accounts to suggest anything is on hold. Do I just ignore it?

I would just ring them using the number from the website. Job done.0

Why, as you have said you sourced the number yourself.
Call them and ask what’s going on. 0800 085 6789 is the number I’ve used and showing in the app.0 -
Could well be a payment coming from an account different from the linked account0
