What is a reasonable time to issue a Parking Charge Notice (PCN)?

Yesterday, 3rd August 2022, I received a PCN advising I had stayed beyond my time in a car park from 18.50 on 23/02/2022 10.05 on 24/02/ 2022. is this reasonable, or is there a maximum time limit between the alleged incursion and the issue of the PCN?
For the record, I had been staying at the hotel that night and the previous night. I am in the process of trying to contact the hotel for a copy of my booking confirmation or for them to deal with the issue.

Hello and welcome.
The DVLA allows the parking company up to six months following the parking event to ask them for the keeper's details and their trade association allows them another month to get a Notice to Keeper to the keeper.
However, those timings go out the window if the vehicle is a hired or leased car.
Are you the vehicle's Registered Keeper? If so, are the keeper's address details up to date on the vehicle's Registration Document (V5c)?
Who is the parking company?
Where did this parking event take place?

A private parking firm can get DVLA data for up to 6 months if there was a delay for some reason, but with a late PCN like this, obviously the template appeal in the NEWBIES thread (sent by the keeper) will work if it's a BPA company.
Of course no saying who was driving!
Which PPC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
