Galdstone Solicitors - Parking Charge

I have apparently got a parking charge from back in October 2018 from Broughton Shopping park in Chester. I ride a motorcycle. I stopped there on the way to work, Google maps tracking timeline shows I was there for about 11 Mins or so.
I am not 100% sure where I parked at the time but I usually park in the same spot every time and never had an issue so I guess someone was feeling mean that day!
Anyway. I got a letter from a solicitors about the charge about 20 days ago now. They had issues tracking me down as The bike I had I did not have for very long, then I moved twice. I followed the info on the letter and asked via their website what I apparently did to get this charge. They say they will reply with in 28 days. That time is almost up.
What happens if they take longer to reply? I know being on a motorcycle there is no way I caused an issue with my parking. I did not block any access to paths, cars or shops. I did not block a fire exit or impede the flow of people etc. So no idea what their issue is.
They want a cool £170 from me at the moment. No way in hell I could pay it anyway.

Same advice as on other Gladstones threads; here's one from minutes ago:

When you send your SAR (as the NEWBIES thread tells you to do) tell both Gladstones and the parking firm to ERASE any old addresses they hold in their databases and to mark your current address of xxxxxxx as your service address for the meritless court claim. No paying this to 'make it go away', obviously! Court is where we win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
