British Gas tariffs
Hello, I am on a variable tariff for a dual energy supply (gas and electricity) with BG. I phoned last week as I could not find any fixed plans online for my account. I asked about
any fixed tariffs and was told that they had none at present and did not know when they would. I said that if I search and find another deal with an alternative provider and come back to them, would they then be able to offer some fixed tariffs. The answer was still "no". There was no explanation except that BG was "waiting". Any similar experiences with British Gas ?

Welcome to the forum.
Is there a specific reason why you're looking for a fixed tariff? Most of the ones currently on offer are poor value; MSE's article only currently identifies two fixed tariff offers that might be worth taking and neither are with BG.arkahc said:Hello, I am on a variable tariff for a dual energy supply (gas and electricity) with BG.
