Court hearing and witness statement

I have a court hearing in Reading on 19th of Aug against Bank Park and DCB Legal. I know I left it last minute an I think today is the last day and need to send my witness statement. But i was wondering if I can send my statement to the claimant by email again like i did with my defence? Also If the court needs a copy can I just drop it off there myself?

You have nothing to lose by trying. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.2

You can send your WS via email attachment of a pdf file to both the court to which your case has been allocated (not the Northampton CCBC) and to DCB Legal. For the sake of an additional email address in the address bar, you could let Bank Parking have a copy too.But if you want to deliver a hard copy to the court, there's nothing to stop you doing that. DCB Legal don't need a hard copy. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
