The Surf Burst 2 Online Promotion on Smooth August 2022– Specific Rules
1. The Surf Burst 2 Online Promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Wednesday 3rd August 2022 to Wednesday 10th August 2022 on the Smooth Network. Global is the Promoter. The Promotion Partner mentioned in these Specific Rules is Surf. 3. To enter the Promotion, you must:

3.2. Describe in 300 characters or less your dirty laundry problem or dilemma you would like Gemma Collins to solve for you. This can include (but is not limited to); confessions, short-form issues, dilemmas and problems for example dating fails, laundry disasters, wardrobe malfunctions or a mortifying moment you might you need an opinion on (your “Submission”).
4. Online entry will open at 17:00 on Wednesday 3rd August 2022 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 10th August 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Entries deemed by us to be rude, offensive, defamatory, illegal or condoning dangerous behaviour will be removed from the Promotion.
6. Within 14 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One eligible entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone or email on the details with which you registered to enter the Promotion. If such winner does not respond within 14 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to their winner notification email within 5 days of the date on which they receive it, or they will also forfeit the prize.

We and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.

The details in the Submissions selected to be used in the Radio Ads may be changed to feature a fictitious name and/or location, where appropriate, but anonymity can not be guaranteed.

17. You will be staying at a 4-star Q Hotel accommodation, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis with dinner on one select night.
18. Your 50-minute Tailored Spa Treatment per person is a choice of either a facial or massage and includes full access of the spa facilities for 2 hours before or after your treatment. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
19. Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
20. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
21. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
22. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
23. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
