GOOD MORNING BRITAIN FREE CASH FRIDAY PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

These Good Morning Britain terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

Who can enter:

The Free Cash Friday prize draws (“Prize Draws”) in relation to the Good Morning Britain programme (the “Programme”) are open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group Plc, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draws.

Opening/closing date & time:

The Prize Draws open and close for entries online via the www.itv.com/win and www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) as set out below:

o Prize Draw 1: opens at 5.00pm on Wednesday 20 July 2022 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 22 July 2022;

o Prize Draw 2: opens at 5.00pm on Wednesday 27 July 2022 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 29 July 2022;

o Prize Draw 3: opens at 5.00pm on Wednesday 3 August 2022 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 5 August 2022;

o Prize Draw 4: opens at 5.00pm on Wednesday 10 August 2022 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 12 August 2022; and

o Prize Draw 5: opens at 5.00pm on Wednesday 24 August 2022 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 26 August 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

Each draw will take place shortly after 7.45am on each Prize Draw closing date.

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for each Prize Draw will be called live on air on the Programme between 8.15am and 9.00am on that Prize Draw closing date on the phone number provided to ITV. Entrants must be contactable during these times to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant does not answer the phone within three (3) rings or the entrant’s phone goes directly to voicemail, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Promoter will move onto the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

The winner will be contacted in accordance with these terms and conditions and the General Terms. Clauses 5.1 to 5.3 (inclusive) of the General Terms do not apply to this Prize Draw.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter, go to the Website and follow the instructions. The Prize Draws are free but data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider or mobile network).

There is a cap of one (1) entry per mobile number per Prize Draw.

By entering each Prize Draw, you confirm the following:

• You are 18 years or over and are a UK Resident;
• You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV or STV;
• You have read and accept these Good Morning Britain Free Cash Friday terms and conditions;
• You have read and accept the General Terms;
• You consent to be phoned live on air and for your name, general location, details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Websites, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms; and
• You will be contactable between 8.15am and 9.00am on the Prize Draw closing date.

Prize:

For each Prize Draw, there is one (1) prize of two thousand pounds (£2,000) made payable in the name of the entrant only.

Payment will be made by same day payment on the date that the winner provides the relevant transfer details to the Promoter (unless delayed due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control).
