I received a PCN from Euro Car Parks (Image attached) whilst shopping in Sainsbury's (One i haven't visited before)
I had parked in a disabled bay with my Blue badge on display so thought that was correct as that's what i usually do in my regular sainsburys.

It took images of my license plate entering and leaving, and the letter states no valid pay and display/permit was purchased
Since going back i was told that you have to register your car at the main reception if you are a blue badge holder.
They said there was sign stating this but i couldn't see it on my first visit.

Can i still appeal against this and if so do i use the  TEMPLATE ''ONE SIZE FITS ALL'' FIRST APPEAL?

Regards

    Yes, but add this info:

Since going back i was told that you have to register your car at the main reception if you are a blue badge holder.
They said there was sign stating this but i couldn't see it on my first visit.

And attach a copy of your Blue badge and your shopping receipt, which might swing it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
