Nationwide 2nd Switch Bonus

Has anyone tried to slip through and get the NW bonus more than once?
I got the refer a friend years ago, and then took advantage of the switch offer in 2021 and wondered if it’s worth trying my luck again now or is it futile?

The terms are fairly clear on this not being allowed: https://www.nationwide.co.uk/current-accounts/help/terms/current-account-online-switch-offer-terms-and-conditions/
- This offer is only valid on the first sole current account and first joint current account you switch to us, even if we withdraw this offer and launch it again in the future.
From experience I can say that the RAF offer doesn't exclude you from the switch incentive, but if you've already taken advantage of the current offer once, then you won't be eligible for a second payment unless it is for a joint account. By all means you can try, but I would imagine Nationwide will notice and refuse to pay out unless you met the offer terms.
EDIT:
Interesting to hear that some posters below have had success with switching into multiple different Nationwide accounts and getting multiple switch bonuses. Doesn't seem to work for multiple switches into the same account though. Could actually be worth a shot I guess.

The current offer is, as it were, a stand alone offer. It is not affected by previous switching offers but could affect future ones.overspender22 said:Has anyone tried to slip through and get the NW bonus more than once?

So having switched in 2021 (different offer from this one) or benefitted from RAF, means that you can switch another account into Nationwide (and can switch into an existing Nationwide current account if you want).0 -
So I just checked and I got the switcher offer in Sept 2021. I got £125. Are you saying that offer was different to the current offer?0

I too got the switcher offer in Sept 2021 it was the same offer as the current one.1

I know someone who got the last bonus twice, in the space of a week. They switched accounts from two different banks into two different accounts - one into a standard FlexAccount and the other into a FlexDirect. I don't know whether it was an oversight by humans who process the bonus payments or whether it's all automated and the program just checks for previous bonus payments in the target account only. Over to you.....0

I think that was in the early times of the current offer. So you are not eligible for another switch incentive for the same type of account (that is sole or joint, whichever it was in 2021).overspender22 said:So I just checked and I got the switcher offer in Sept 2021. Bit concerned- have had my flexplus for years. Only use it for the insurance so £13 in and out again each month but for years it was used as my main account.I applied for a flex account as a second account and got declined. It says you can have up to 4 sole accounts so I’m bemused. My credit history isn’t good- but when I first opened the flex account which I then upgraded to a flexplus- my credit file was MUCH worse !!
I opened a Santander account and credit card account this year with no issue.0 -
