Refurbished iphone - battery health?

I've just received my refurb iPhone SE (2020). I bought it from Backmarket and chose the highest quality option ("excellent" condition".
The battery health is 86%. Does that sound right to you? I was hoping for higher to be honest?
Would you return it?

Clearly, the battery is degraded and won't last as long as when new, but I hardly notice it despite heavy usage during the day - it is my company mobile and I'm on calls for what seems like my whole working day!
Charging habits do help with battery health though so bear in mind how you can keep it from getting worse:
1. Don't discharge below 40% if possible, definitely not below 20%
2. Don't fully charge to 100%, stop at about 80% - the battery optimiser mode will help you with this.
3. Lots of small top-up charges are better than running low and full charges - keep it at 40-80%.
All I do is plug it in for charge when I drive to work (use it as Sat Nav) and on the way home. I never need to charge it overnight or any other time. That works out at about 40-50 mins in the morning and the same in the evening.
Discounts, coupons and cashback:
2019 = £1,443.52
2020 = £1,191,76
This can be done by looking at analytics on the phone or there is software (3Utools) that will tell you
If it is any where near 500 then your battery is on its last legs according to Apple Genius
I have a personal challenge to you
Get Backmarket to share the serial number of the phone they supplied in case you have to return it.
Sure enough the physical appearance was pristine and I'm really quite particular but couldn't fault it.
I suspected that it probably had a replacement battery. Maybe even a replacement screen but surely replacement battery. I doubt they use Samsung originals and my experience with to spec means it's not going to be as good. I downloaded Battery Guru which said I was at 60%. I knew this was incorrect as it was holding its charge too long to be at 60%. The phone I'd just got rid of was at about 72% and that battery wasn't great.
Uninstalled and re-installed Battery Guru. It then said the battery was 80% capacity. Not sure how accurate it is. I don't have any huge complaints with the battery yet.
I don't suppose anyone here knows how to go about getting a proper battery replacement on a Samsung out of interest that doesn't involve going to a cultural high street shop? I'm thinking more along the lines of something reasonably official?

I have just recently had a new phone and my iPhone 8 Plus was 4 years old and at 82%
