Canary Islands 15 Year Old Antigen Advice (Do you need the consultation option)

So we're going away next Sunday to Tenerife. it's been over 5 years since our last family holiday and due o it being a very difficult year we're all looking forward to it. But the COVID rules are making me pretty anxious and doubting myself. So apologies if been asked before.
Both my wife and I have had 2 doses and the booster. I had 2 x AstraZeneca and Pfizer booster on the 11/01/2022 and my wife had all 3 Pfizer with the booster on the 11/01/2023. My understanding is that as we have both had the booster there is no time limit and we can both travel with our NHS COVID vaccine documents to Spain and be fine. We also don't need to complete a Health Control Form.
I have a child under 5 who hasn't had any vaccinations. My understanding is they they don't need to do any pre-travel PCR or Antigen test and they don't need to complete a Health Control Form.
It's with my 15 and 14 years old where i get confused (not difficult). Neither are vaccinated and they had COVID in July 2021 so too long ago to count now. So my understanding is the both need to do a Antigen test 24 hours before we fly and complete a Health Control Form?
The online test seems the best option but when i check the Antigen companies websites ((Medicspot, Randox Health, Qured, C19 Testing, Chronomics etc) advised by MSE which I assume will all be accepted by Spain. Some want to charge extra for a online consultation. If they're both accepted (doing test with someone watching you or at home not supervised) and the same then why pay the extra and just do it yourself then send back the photo in requested time of the test and wait the 2 hours for the result and hopefully get the certificate. Why pay for the consultation? Plus surely if you can do the test at home unsupervised it opens up the opportunity for people to not do it properly?
Finally (sorry) my understanding is if the 15 and 14 year olds do a antigen then they/we will need to complete a Health Control Form for them?
I knew i should have gone to France, Turkey or Greece here this wouldn't be a issue.
Anyway thank you in advance for any help/clarity.

The testing companies offer supervised tests because some countries insist on it, Spain isn’t one of those countries as far as I can see, so it looks like you could choose the cheaper option.
(I agree that by now most people know how to cheat an unsupervised LFT.)
I've ordered the antigen's (no consultation) so hopefully that will be fine.
