Smartmeter

My grandson broken my smart meter display and Scottish Power sat they can't send me a replacement, what should I do? I'm not young anymore and it's really making ill due to the stress not being able to see what I'm consuming, any advice would be appreciated please.

    I'm not sure they are obliged to send you a replacement grandson. ;)

    Welcome to the forum.

    You will need to buy a new device yourself, for example

    https://shop.glowmarkt.com/products/display-and-cad-combined-for-smart-meter-customers

    You need to buy a supported product that can be linked to your smart meter.

    SP, nor any other supplier will send you a new smart meter, not even if you are prepared to pay for it.
