Money Expert cold caller

Just had a guy at the door of my girlfriend's house. Apparently following up complaints about internet problems locally (didn't ID himself).
When I asked did he mean BT lines or cable he said both had been affected, did we have issues.
Politely told him we were happy with what we had.
As he turned away noticed he had silver sleeveless vest marked MONEY EXPERT.
See these people have been active before trying to get people to change energy supplier. Now they're working on internet.
Obviously not to be confused with MSE......
