Does anyone understand their billing system? (better than me, anyway).
I am trying to keep up with paperwork and keep a closer eye, so I was going through Ebay billing and checking it. What I notice is that a) they round up listing fees to two digit decimal figures. OK. b) That gives you your invoice total, inclusive of VAT if you're not registered for VAT.
c) When I look at my card statement, the invoice total isn't what they've charged me. to be fair, they've actually charged me a bit LESS (pennies, but still...)
It surely can't be that they remove the rounding when they actually charge you, because I have another Ebay acc. and the invoice figure for that is what they've ACTUALLY charged me. So... oh WTH. Ebay make my head hurt. It's a plot.
