Horizon parking - Princes Mead and Asda Farnborough AGAIN

In searching for advice on a NTK I received from the very same car park I came across this thread:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6373516/horizon-parking-princes-mead-and-asda-farnborough/p1where
I started to engage, but now moved to this new post.
I have appealed using Plan A template, tweeted the supermarket and sent emails to customer services, store manager and the CEO.
Unlike the previous case though, I have never received an original PCN so no option for me to even pay the discounted fine. Also annoyingly in the NTK there is no outline of what is stated on any car park signage, does not state the specifics of "overstaying" in this case or the grace period in the car park.
Any friendly advice will be gladly taken
I will also endeavour to update this when I've got the info if anyone is interested.
Cheers!

It is not a fine.
When you say you never received the original PCN, do you mean there was no NTD left on the car, but instead only received an NTK through the post, because the NTK is the original PCN where no NTD has been given.
You say you have complained (Plan A) and appealed (Plan B ). A response to both of these take time.
If the initial appeal is rejected, you will then appeal to PoPLA. The third post of the NEWBIES tells you how to do this.
If you have the NTK, you will (should) be able to see if it is or is not PoFA compliant.
If you never received a NTK, but got a reminder or something else, then you would need to send an SAR to flush out the original NTK.
Please confirm precisely what you have received as your comments about no PCN but have a NTK are contradictory.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
To confirm there was no NTD on the car and only received an NTK Reminder in the post. I've clearly got confused about Plan A and B and enacted both without meaning too. I've recently moved house so have been busy and admittedly only skimmed the NEWBIES thread.
An update:
I have had a response from ASDA Executive Relations and they are willing to cancel the ticket, but if the appeal is refused they won't be able to do so. I've replied with my details so they can cancel and said I will withdraw my appeal, however can't find an option to do that on the Horizon Parking website. I now feel like I've now majorly screwed this up because Plan A clearly has worked!
Anyone know how to withdraw an appeal?
This all feels quite embarrassing on my part0 -
The issue is only relevant if you'd already started POPLA stage appeal (which you'd have to withdraw to let the landowner's cancellation prevail).
If all you've done so far is first stage dispute to the PPC then that's fine. Nothing to withdraw. Appealing to the PPC at the same time as trying PLAN A was fine!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Update:
I've used the contact form on the horizon website to state I am withdrawing the appeal. Hopefully that does it.
Also just this second had a second response from Executive Relations saying they've submitted a cancellation form for the parking ticket, and I should receive a confirmation email from them. They've also offered further help if I need it.
I've got to say Asda have been pretty helpful and transparent so far, its only my bumbling that's confused the issue
Hopefully its straightforward from here on out.2 -

Did you mean to start your own thread/discussion? It gets confusing trying to answer two posters on same thread.1
