assessment no pip2

Hi
Has anyone had an assessment without filling in a pip2 form?
In March i posted a letter asking for a pip claim form as i had to much brain fog to ring up and ask for one,
they sent one out and i filled it in and sent it back and received my pip2 form end of April.
By the time i received the form i had suffered a crash big time (long covid/me) which put me in bed for a couple of months,
when i had "recovered" i gave up on the form and left it in the draw and still couldn't face filling it in when the dwp sent me a reminder,
Today i received a text saying my telephone assessment is next week,i will take the assessment next week and try and tell the assessor
how the classic me/cfs symptoms effect me but without much hope for a positive outcome.
I was just wondering if this had happened to anyone else
Thanks

should of had it at 13.30 still waiting for the call at 15.30,rang them at 16.00,
they looked on their computer and confirmed i hadn't had a call,
i asked if i was going to get one and he said i don't think so they finish assessments at 15.00
and rebooked me for this friday.
However the assessment can be done without the PIP 2 and this can be for many reasons which they have to take into account.
The assessor should keep the office manager informed of any delays and so as Poppy says calls can be made to claimants to keep them informed. One assessor is expected to complete 4 or 5 assessments a day, but again these do sometimes take longer. Yours may be one of these as they will have no PIP 2.
Current debt ZERO.
Had my telephone assessment over a week ago, don,t know if i get a text from the dwp to say they have received it yet,
She didn't ask me many questions, started with the walking one, when i said on the majority of days i'm to exhausted to leave the house she said could you use aids to help you walk,i told her the pain in my arms and shoulder would prevent me using them she said ok and then didn't ask me anymore questions on walking and never even went to the planning a route question.
The bit that's mystifying me is that 2 days after the assessment i get a letter from the long covid clinic to come in for a ftf
assessment,do anyone think this has anything to do with pip or do you think i'm being paranoid and this is just a coincidence?
Thanks
As for the level of questioning, the majority of assessments start with mobility, if your claiming for a specific condition then the question should be focused, some of the activities can be zero'd (deepening on the condition) . The more complexed/multi conditions need further exploration.
