Tesco seem to be one of a long line of companies who won't let you complain "in writing" (i.e. email or a complaint form). BT is another. I bought some biscuits which disintegrated when I opened the packet (very carefully). I took photos of the biscuits plus packaging and sent them by email to the customer service email address mentioned by the OP and I got the same message. Why do companies (a) leave obsolete and wrong information on their websites and (b) discourage written complaints?0
