Octopus Energy - account information is rubbish

    Has something changed? I have been an Octopus customer for over 4 years. When I had analogue meters, the simple act of entering a meter reading on Octopus’ website would generate an email and a PDF energy statement. As a smart meter customer, I get a monthly statement.
    That’s still happening for me. I get email on day I submit readings, followed about 5 days later by email with PDF energy statement. 

    I have some sympathy with OP over terminology though. Email refers to Energy Statement, but attached PDF calls it Energy Account, which is found under Billing History.
