Do not tumble dry in heat pump dryer?

We have various clothes with different washing instructions, some are tumble dry on low and some are not to tumble dry at all.

I am getting a heat pump dryer which typically operates at much lower temperatures to a traditional tumble dryer, does this mean that I can dry clothes that have the 'tumble dry on low' on a normal cycle? The heat pump dryer also has a delicates setting which the manual says it lowers the temperature, but does not state as to what.

Lastly how likely is it that clothes will shrink which say to not tumble dry at all given that this is a heat pump dryer?
