Quelle surprise. This is hardly a balanced BPA group and not even primarily parking firms.

It's crystal clear how weighted the BPA's response to the upcoming Public Consultation will likely be, about the false added DRA 'fees', given this appointment:

Jamie Ashford of DCBLegal (NOT A PARKING FIRM) has been added to the BPA 'Council of Representatives':

This influential group already had ParkingEye and ZZPS and the membership now looks like this:

Jamie Ashford, DCB Legal
Gary Osner, ZZPS
Mark Anfield, Parkingeye

ParkingEye are a bulk litigator in their own right.  Not a DRA, but very invested in their Legal Department.  Now we all know ParkingEye never add any fake 'fees' to their LBCs or court claims but of course, they stand to make around £70million more per annum if they can get this through in the Public Consultation.

Supported by Gary Osner (who boasted of inventing the added fees model 'to make more money') and the highest money-claim bulk litigator in the country, DCBLegal, it is my opinion that I am sure ParkingEye are rubbing their hands with glee at the idea of the BPA begging for the ability to add the unconscionable 'fee' enhancement that the High Court Judge in ParkingEye v Somerfield told them would be unrecoverable.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
