Hello,

Received the first letter, ignored it as I've never been the that location. And thought it was ifffy they " sent it to another address" . Is it a scam?

Then the second just came.

I have no idea what to do.

I'm extremely dyslexic so trying to read websites explaining is impossible.

Would be grateful for help on the next step please.

We did move but have had this address on DVLA for over 13 months now.

My son drives this car, and says the signs said it was free for those using the cinema.

That letter is a debt collector's letter and you need take no action.  However, from reading it I would assume that your V5C (log book) does not have your up-to-date address on it.  If this is the case you should correct it with the DVLA.  Check, don't assume, go and have a look.  You should also send a Data Rectification Notice to Highview Parking and tell them of your correct address for service and to ERASE your old data and to inform all and any of their agents and sub-contractors.  I know you mentioned a reading problem but all the information you need to help you is contained in the NEWBIE sticky.

Both those images have your full name visible, together with Highview's PCN number and DCBL's reference.
Plenty of information to uniquely identify this alleged parking incident.

There are several Riverside Retail Parks dotted around the country, but with a Highview presence, I'm guessing Norwich.

    How do I delete post.
I'm not good with the written word.

But not on the car's logbook, we guess. Please check.  Updating your driving licences is never enough.

The forum team have removed the image with the name on, so all is good.

  • I own the case, my son drives it.
    Sorry I wasn't clear.

The address was changed over 13 months ago though.

Yep, we do get that, but have you checked the logbook please?  Tell us what it says in the little note about the last time it was updated, a reference bottom left.
