Summer Payday - Questions, comments and answers

Because most days the prizes are generally much lower than the previous competition there will be far fewer paid entries (something that doesn't make much difference to free ones - when a 4 pack of AA batteries could get 400+ entries per day). They almost certainly have a reason for doing it this way (ITV tweaked several competitions before they settled on prize structures and postal free entries), surprised they haven't gone the way of some radio competitions (from Global) where there is no free entry route.Etccarmageddon said:Broadcast it enough and we'll be back to 1 free entry per number. Just warning you all.2 -

I always enter the free online entries for this competition but on occasion have also done the text entry too. I received a text this morning telling me the amount and to reply with WIN if I wanted to enter so I did, got the incurring charges message from my provider which was fine but then after sending got another text saying "Error - Sorry we're not sure who you're trying to message! Please check and try again and make sure you are starting the message correctly" ?
I just replied WIN as the text instructed and have been charged for it, which I'm not happy about. Has anyone else experienced this?1 -
