after years of lies from ee- this takes the biscuit

got 3 ee contracts, one for me, one for me missis, one for daughter.  Lost count of the hours I've spent on the phone arguing about being ripped off and lied to.  STUPIDLY I did an upgrade for the daughter in an ee shop, they said yeah yeah, that's the cheapest deal blah blah.... went to upgrade my missis' phone and while they were messing with the paperwork I found a deal online about £20 a month cheaper, I said hang on you said this was the best deal - they just shrugged, ah well, see ya.

Now for the first time an ee call centre guy has said the ee high street shops are FRANCHISES.... they are NOT ee shops and have only ONE objective - extracting maximum profit from you and saying ANYTHING in order to do so.

I will get my new Samsung A13 by courier tomorrow

I'm not even sure that its correct, I believe that some EE stores are franchises, but most aren't
